Jimmy John’s is known as “gourmet sandwich” joint, and have more than enough options of subs on their menu. We ordered subs from Jimmy John’s catering for lunch. They offer Boxed Lunches which includes choice of sub or club, and choice of chips, cookie, or pickle spear.

I ordered from their “Giant Club Sandwich” section, #9 Italian Night Club. It comes with real genoa salami, Italian capicola, smoked ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato, onions, mayo & homemade Italian vinaigrette. It actually came in a form of a sub, instead of club sandwich, but I actually liked that better, so no complaints there. Their sticker was pretty funny, it said “Subs so fast you’ll freak”! I put the subs in the toaster for few minutes to get it a bit toasty, and get the cheese nicely melted, which made it much tastier. The sub was fresh, tasty, huge lots of meats and everything else. I was getting full after half the sub… needless to say, I could not finish the whole thing.

I also got their BBQ chips and Chocolate Chunk Cookie. The chips were crisp and tasty, and the cookie was huge, I had it much, much later as my evening dessert. It was soft but not too soft, and very sweet, a bit too sweet for me.

 

Overall, it was a good place to get some catered lunch from, they deliver and the subs were fresh and satisfying. Quick and easy way to get lunch delivered on a busy day at work.
