The Moon Cafe & Bakery

During our mini trip to New Hampshire, we visited The Moon Cafe & Bakery for breakfast. They are open early, and located inside a small indoor mall. They can be accessed from the inside the mall, and also from the outside as well. It was bigger than I thought in the inside, with a good amount of table seatings. Roomy, airy, and nice and bright with lots of natural lights coming in.

They had all sorts of baked goods next to the ordering counter. Cookies, muffins, croissants, etc., etc… I thought it was great that they had some day-old baked items at discounted prices. They are made from scratch in-house, so some items might sell out before afternoon.

We got Latte ($5.35/Large), and Latte with Hazelnut Syrup (+$0.75). The coffee was really tasty, and the large was a good portion. For food, we got breakfast sandwiches. My hubby got Bacon Egg & Cheese Sandwich ($8.99), made with Premium Bacon, Cheddar Cheese, and Fried Egg on a Homemade French Bread. I chose Tomato Egg & Cheese Sandwich ($8), made with Sliced Tomatoes and a Fried Egg in Cabot Butter, layered on Homemade French Bread. They were both nice big size, somehow looks small in the pictures… The bread was light, fluffy, and perfectly toasted. The fillings were generous, with melty cheese and fresh ingredients. Simple yet super tasty and satisfying! We really enjoyed them.

Fast forward to July. We are back and New Hampshire, and we wanted to go back to The Moon Cafe & Bakery for breakfast. This time, we decided to try their wraps. The first choice was Full Moon Wrap ($12.89), made with Crispy Premium Bacon, Spinach, Tomatoes, and Fried Eggs in Cabot Butter, layered with Cheddar Cheese and their Chipotle-Mayo, wrapped in a Soft Flour Tortilla. The wrap was big and heavy, and it was packed with flavor! Everything inside was fresh and juicy. The sauce had that perfect kick, it was delicious!

Second choice was New Moon Wrap ($11.89), made with Savory Sausage, Guacamole, tomatoes, Cheddar Cheese, and Fried Eggs, all wrapped in a Soft Flour Tortilla. This one was another big hit! It was packed with fresh ingredients, creamy guacamole, and sausage that was very flavorful. It was very filling, and we enjoyed every bite!

Their quality has not gone down, and we had successful second visit. We loved it so much, we went back the next morning and had the same things. We also had Maple Cinnamon Latte ($6.35/Large) with the food, and it was pretty good too. The staffs are all very nice and friendly, welcoming and efficient. We are big fans! If you are in the area and looking for a tasty, quality breakfast/lunch spot, give this spot a try!
