Tractor Shed Cafe and Farm Stand

While visiting NH, I was looking for some hidden gem spot for breakfast. We discovered this lovely cafe called Tractor Shed Cafe and Farm Stand. We loved how it looked, it was cozy, warm, and inviting. They had some outdoor seating, so you can bring your paw friends with you while getting some breakfast/lunch. Loved the beautiful wood everywhere, made us feel like we are in a treehouse or a log cabin.

We arrived between a busy hours, so it was nice and quiet until more and more people came in. The owner was super friendly and welcoming, and the staffs greeted us with warm smile. This place seemed like loved by the locals, and they really care for everyone which was so sweet, reminded of a tiny little town I used live down south. I read how they rescued furniture for this place, loved the mismatched furniture. They had cute, funny signs and farmhouse pieces throughout the space, which I thought was really fun.

They had a window showcase by the cashier/ordering counter, if you wanted some baked goods. Their cookies are HUGE and yes, looked very enticing… We got a few to go, and Lemon Crinkle Cookie ($4.50) was pretty darn good! Soft, slightly chewy, and with great lemon flavor.

They also had some local merchandise you could purchase, like maple syrup and honey. Makes great gift I am sure. They also had a coffee station, and I really appreciated how they had simple syrup for cold beverages. As you can guess from its name, I believe it used to be a literal tractor shed. They had a beautiful artwork of how this building originally looked on the wall, which was so cool.

They have a good amount of menu items, both food and drink to choose from. Since it was kind of a warm/hot day, we decided to get iced Latte ($5.50) to go with our brunch. I believe the food is made to order, so it takes a bit for them to come out, but I would happily wait for freshly prepared food! We ordered Southern Cousin Breakfast ($12) and Rose’s Summit Sandwich ($11.50). The Southern Cousin Breakfast is made with Spicy & delicious jalapeño cheddar biscuit, one farm-fresh egg, melty cheddar, and chicken sausage, served open-faced topped with a splash of verde sauce and seasoned home fries. For some reason, I was charged extra $1 for the jalapeño cheddar biscuit, not sure why… Anyways, I was delighted to see the dish came with a slice of watermelon! What a nice surprise. The biscuit was moist, airy, and with nice jalapeño flavor without being spicy. Verde sauce had a really kick to it, which added that nice spicy flavor. Egg was cooked how I like, giving me egg porn… The sausage was plump and packed with flavor. It was filling and satisfying.

Rose’s Summit Sandwich is made with creamy avocado, spicy sausage, a fresh egg, pepper jack cheese, and spinach stacked on an everything bagel. Since this dish did not come with home fries, we added it for additional $2.50. It also came with a slice of watermelon, we love watermelon, so we enjoyed it! The home fries are comforting and filling. Bagel was nice, with a good amount of seasoning. The sausage was super flavorful, and with a little kick. The melty cheese and addition of the spinach on top of avocado made it feel healthy and hearty.

They have one large accessible bathroom, well maintained, clean and well lit. Their front entry has an accessible ramp as well.

We really enjoyed our brunch time here at Tractor Shed Cafe and Farm Stand. It was relaxing, we were never rushed. Food was made with high quality, locally sourced ingredients that are fresh and tasty. We saw others who were visiting the cafe for the first time as well, and they seemed to have enjoyed their experience as well. We would love to go back for another breakfast/brunch and try more of their tasty dishes!
